Food Safety Surveillance System

The surveillance systems have a dual purpose. First is to sight, management and stop foodborne unwellness outbreaks. Most of the countries have such police work and response systems in situ, however, the effectiveness and coverage of these systems vary from country to country. Many people define such foodborne unwellness irruption investigations, as well as their detection and management through food safety mechanisms and discuss the food safety response as well as the importance of developing emergency response plans for food safety. The second is to tell long-run problems, like distinguishing priorities and developing the policy for the management and interference of foodborne diseases; estimating the burden of foodborne diseases and observation trends; and evaluating foodborne disease prevention and control strategies. However, solely some countries have police work systems in situ that may meet these objectives, severely impacting the potency of their food management systems.
